Purple: These tables are FREE! and are on a first-come, first-served basis. These will be tables with 8-10 chairs; you can grab any of the ones on the map and sit for free. If you get up and leave, the seat will be available for the next guests. You cannot save seats all night, they are yours as long as you occupy them., If you want to go on the dance floor or to the bathroom, that is fine, but do not go to the first floor or the other ballroom and expect your seat to be yours all night.
 

Gold: These tables are located in the Grand Ballroom, and all 48" rounds have six seats at each table. You can reserve a table for $200 and share it with two couples (4 friends). We will have upgraded nightly amenities and bottle service available for these areas.
 

Green: Our top-tier tables are 36" rounds with four seats around the dancefloor. They are our premium location and a smaller table with fewer chairs. These tables are $150 per night. We will have upgraded nightly amenities and bottle service available for these areas.

We only have five Reserved Couch Areas (with seating for five). All come with one umbrella, including two bottles of water per person and a bucket of ice. There is a complete menu where you can order champagne, mimosas, food, and even bottle service. 

 

These areas can be rented for 4 hours each, so you can hang out during one of the Pool Parties and catch one of the Bourbon St parties (noon- 3 pm or 3-6 pm). Or you can book the space for the entire day, and chill topless on the roof without having to go anywhere.

Each section has one couch (seating for 3), two chairs, a coffee table, ten bottles of water in an ice bucket, and an umbrella.

Purple Additional Seating (FREE!):

We also have seating that is first-come, first-served, including bar seating. We also have high-top tables and chairs near the bar and the pool. We have some lounge chairs that face the pool. All of these chairs are free but cannot be reserved. If someone comes up at 7 am, puts a towel and a book on them, and leaves, we will put your stuff behind the bar to retrieve when you return. We see this happen every year, seats are "reserved" but left empty for hours. You have to use it or lose it.

   

That said, if you are in a poolside lounge chair and want to grab a drink at the bar, jump in the pool, or run to the bathroom, no problem, the chair remains yours. But if you are not on the rooftop, and your chair is empty for more than 30 minutes, the hotel staff might pick up your belongings and place them behind the bar. If you come back and your stuff is no longer on "your" chair, don't get mad or panic; go to the bar and retrieve your things. 

We have a lot of people attending the event, and we can't have a bunch of empty chairs all day without anyone using them while lots of people are standing around wishing they had a place to sit. Use it or lose it.

If you HAVE to have a chair, book one of our eight reserved spaces or make friends with someone else who does. The reserved areas will go fast, and some will not even see these options before they sell out.

What if it rains? We have a Sunshine Guarantee!

Let us explain how that works: It rains almost every day in New Orleans, but it usually is only for a few minutes and then it is nice out. Luckily for us, the hotel added a new section of retractable roof that you can duck under if it starts to rain and you'll be closer to the bar. 

If you book a VIP seating area and it does rain, we will give you 25% off for each hour. In other words, if it rains for two hours, you will get 50% back, if it rains the entire 4 hours, we will give you a 100% refund.

So don't worry, book your area and you will have a great time at the pool party, if it rains just a few minutes, head under the new retractable roof and grab a drink and most likely, it will stop in a few minutes, if it goes over an hour, we will roll back your costs in direct proportion to the amount of rain. If it rains less than an hour, there is no refund.
